 Richard Breitenberg - President
Richard is currently Vice President of Facilities and Support Services for STCU, in Spokane, WA. He has been with STCU for 14 years. Responsibilities include: Facilities; which include lease management, insurance, maintenance and upkeep, capital projects and budgets, property management and workspace planning, and Support Services; covering purchasing, mail services, supplies, Ergonomics, and reports support. Prior to STCU Richard worked as a Project Superintendent for six years and a Project Manager for four years in Commercial Construction, in the Spokane and North Idaho region. This experience provided him with an extensive background in construction practices and principles, project management and estimating. Richard is also a US Army Veteran.

 Tyler Haase -Vice President
Vice President of Haase Landscape Inc. Born and raised in Spokane, Tyler is a third-generation member of the family business and plays a key role in continuing the company’s long-standing legacy of quality and service in the Inland Northwest. He is responsible for overseeing landscape construction projects, managing employees, coordinating schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction across all jobs.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time outdoors—he’s an avid golfer and snow skier who takes full advantage of the recreational opportunities the Spokane region has to offer.

Assistant Vice President of Facilities Services and Campus Security at Whitworth University
Chris has been at Whitworth for over 12 years. He directs the day-to-day operations of the physical campus and plans for future needs, plus oversees the safety and security of the university. Under his oversight is Facilities Maintenance, Grounds Services, Custodial Services, Capital Projects, master planning for campus as well as Security Services and emergency planning and management. He serves the Whitworth community by leading his team to create a more beautiful, sustainable, safe and energy-efficient campus where students live, learn and play.
Chris is a retired Air Force Officer with 22-1/2 years of active duty. He earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University in 1989; A Master of Engineering Management from WSU-Spokane in 1997; and an MS in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology in 2004. He is Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers and has graduated from the APPA Institute and the Leadership Academy earning the designation as an Education Facilities Professional through APPA.
One of his favorite sayings is “It’s not who’s right, but what’s right”, which he says is a hybrid of thoughts on integrity, character, and staying professional about sometimes contentious issues.
